Leading a team of dynamic Warehouse Operatives, both employed and agency, you\’ll look after our people and processes to make sure that everything, and everyone, works perfectly. The success of the night shift is very much down to the Night Manager. We rely on you to ensure that performance is high, and the team are ready to achieve KPIs and meet service level agreements. Ultimately, it\’ll be down to you to ensure the parcels enter the Service Centre smoothly, sorted and ready to be handed over to the AM Team the following morning.
