Role Summary and Impact
As Digital PR Executive, you will play a key role in driving award winning results for a range of EssenceMediacom clients through considered digital PR activities and outreach.
You will be involved in and collaborate with the team on all aspects of Digital PR, including creative ideation, research, writing press releases, outreaching to the media and reporting on results. Sitting within our Digital PR and Content team, you will also work closely with other departments on creative content and cross-channel strategies.
As this role comes under the Organic Search department, much of your Digital PR output will be focused on online visibility KPIs, in addition to brand objectives.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have a genuine interest in online media, social media, engaging content, trends, and how brands can tap into these
- Be driven and take a proactive approach to your work, with an enthusiasm for identifying relevant opportunities for clients and ways to maximise results
- Be organised and able to meet deadlines while working across different pieces of activity and clients at once
- Have a keen interest in writing and want to develop this skill through the medium of PR press releases and content
- A basic understanding of digital PR/SEO, with a willingness to develop this
- Proficiency using Excel / Google sheets for data inputting
- An understanding of industry tools such as Buzzstream, Roxhill and Ahrefs is desirable but not essential
- Experience working in a digital / PR agency environment is desirable but not essential
