Freelance Project Manager – 12-Month+ Contract 📍 Location: Central Edinburgh 📅 Start Date: ASAP 🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take on a high-value project in the heart of Edinburgh? We are seeking a talented Freelance Project Manager to oversee a £10m new build development on a 12-month+ contract. The Role: You will take full responsibility for managing a large-scale new build development, ensuring its successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the project lifecycle. * Managing site operations, contractors, and project teams. * Monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * Overseeing health and safety compliance on-site. * Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders. Requirements: * Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). * Current First Aid certification. * Proven experience managing similar value, large-scale, new build developments as an on site lead. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
