This role is only available for University of Leeds graduates OR current university students in their second (or penultimate) year looking to undertake this role as a part of a Year in Industry in academic year 2025-2026.
This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
As part of the University of Leeds’ ambitious Climate Plan, the Sustainable Travel programme aims to achieve a 50% reduction in emissions from business and commuting travel (compared to 2018-19 levels). This aligns with our commitment to academic excellence and social responsibility.

This role covers the Estates Data Team and the Climate Principles Programme delivery team, working collaboratively with the wider University community, including Estates, HR, Finance, and departmental teams. You’ll play a key role in transforming raw travel data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and support the delivery of our Climate Plan targets.
- 26 days holiday plus approx.16 Bank Holidays/days that the University is closed by custom (including Christmas) – that’s 42 days a year!
