Receptionist – Rodericks Dental Partners

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing an exceptional patient journey both in person and over the phone
  • Managing the diaries and ensuring that the time is filled correctly
  • Working with the team to understand the full range of NHS and private treatment options within the practice
  • Completing relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale
  • Taking payments and chasing outstanding patient debt
  • Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations

  • Ability to easily build rapport and deliver a high level of customer service
  • Passion to build your knowledge of treatment options within the dental sector – becoming an expert on what the practice has to offer
