Wolviston Management Services are proud to be supporting a leading engineering company in their search for an experienced Office Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of their busy office environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong leadership skills, keen attention to detail, and a background in supporting engineering, manufacturing or technical operations.   Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a small team of administrators to ensure smooth office function and high levels of accuracy across all administrative processes. Oversee general office operations including reception, document control, stationery supplies, facilities coordination, and compliance documentation. Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, processes, and best practices to support internal departments and site teams. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external administrative queries, ensuring timely and professional communication. Provide high-level support to senior management including diary management, reporting, and coordination of internal meetings. Support HR and Finance teams with documentation, onboarding, purchase orders, timesheets, and invoice tracking. Maintain records in line with quality, health & safety, and regulatory requirements (ISO standards preferred). Drive continuous improvement and foster a positive, collaborative office environment. What We\’re Looking For Proven experience in a similar Office Manager or Administration Management role – ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Office, document management systems, ERP software). A practical, hands-on approach and ability to multitask under pressure. Understanding of compliance and quality procedures within a technical/regulated environment is desirable
