Flexible Benefits Delivery Consultant This is a great time to join a small but growing team as a Flexible Benefits Delivery Consultant (known internally as a Platform Delivery Consultant) in either our Bristol, London, Cheltenham or Glasgow office on a hybrid basis (2-3 days in the office). As our clients are based throughout the UK, this role also requires reasonable flexibility in working hours from time to time and occasional travel to other offices and client premises. Platform Delivery is responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our benefits and engagement platform, 4me and other client facing tech and the team sits within our Employer Consulting area. Employer Consulting covers a range of services from advice around corporate risk, data analytics, workplace consultancy, DC pensions, health and wellbeing to wider reward/flexible benefits. What will I be doing? You will have a portfolio of clients and will, under the guidance of the Platform Delivery Manager (PDM) and Senior Delivery Consultant (SDC), be responsible for all work relating to your clients: gathering requirements, system configuration, user testing, renewals and system updates, ongoing updates and maintenance and delivery of platform enhancements. You will deal with the client around ongoing queries and oversee the success of employee helplines for your clients.
