Nursery Room Leader Full time position Immediate start Up to Β£13.35 per hour Salford area Full Time Permanent role with opportunity for Deputy Manager position Exciting new building Premier Education is working with a wonderful nursery in the Salford area who is currently looking for a Room Leader or Deputy Manager at their new site based in a beautiful Grade 2 Listed building. The role is to start immediately and there is the option of variable shift patterns to suit individual requirements and a permanent position. The nursery is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic individual who either has experience of leading a room in a nursery setting, a qualified early years teacher with EYTS/QTS or someone with previous nursery management experience. As room leader you will work as a key member of the team supporting with staff management, dealing with parents and enquiries as well as getting stuck in with delivering a mixture of EYFS methods as well as catering to the daily needs of children aged 0-5 years old. We are looking for someone who: * Has experience leading a team of staff * Can juggle lots of tasks * Has a warm smiling face * Can laugh at jokes they don’t understand * Will happily sing out of tune in front of a crowd * Can count multiple tiny people moving quickly * Can enthusiastically eat and drink pretend food and drinks * Loves being outside * Is ready to have lots of fun at work!
