Anderselite are working with a well-established national architectural practice seeking a motivated Intermediate Technician / Technologist to join their growing Manchester studio. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a design-driven and experienced team, contributing to a wide variety of projects across the retail, commercial, residential, leisure, and industrial sectors. What You\’ll Be Doing: – Producing detailed construction technical packages, predominantly RIBA Stages 4-6 – Coordinating project information and collaborating with contractors, clients, and consultants – Representing the practice at site and design team meetings, often as the technical lead – Managing small to mid-scale schemes, working both independently and within a team – Issuing and maintaining working drawing packages throughout project delivery What We\’re Looking For: – Minimum 3-5 years post-qualification UK experience in architectural practice – Strong technical detailing ability and understanding of UK building regulations – Proficiency in AutoCAD essential working knowledge of Revit highly desirable – Prior experience liaising with main contractors and subcontractor teams – Organised, self-sufficient and capable of managing live projects with minimal supervision – No specific sector experience is essential – however, if you have previously worked in any of the sectors this practice operates in (retail, industrial, commercial, leisure or residential), we\’d love to see examples of your work to strengthen your application – Full UK driving licence preferred (projects based UK-wide) Why Join This Practice?: – Reputable national practice with long-standing client relationships – Excellent variety of sector exposure and project typologies – Clear route for career development within an established team To apply or learn more, contact Sadie Nixon at Anderselite on (phone number removed) or send your CV and portfolio to (url removed).
