Reed Marketing & Creative are currently partnered with a leading UK-based e-Commerce based in Birmingham, who are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their growing marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Primary focus social media channels are: Instagram, Facebook, X, and WhatsApp. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand\’s identity and UK advertising regulations. Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (graphics, short-form video, and copy) tailored to each platform. Develop and manage a detailed content calendar focused on factual, community-driven messaging. Lead and grow private WhatsApp communities, creating exclusive content and encouraging brand advocacy. Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries across all social platforms, providing timely and professional support. Track and analyse the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to maximise engagement and community growth. Occasionally participate in filming and customer interactions for branded content. Travel within the UK may be required, including overnight stays and occasional weekend work.The successful candidate will have proven experience in social media management, content creation, and customer engagement, with a strong understanding of multi-platform strategy. Experience with WhatsApp community management, graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop). In return you will receive a competitive salary depending on experience. The role is onsite 5 days a week however, you will have full autonomy regarding Social Media in a key role with in a fast-growing consumer brand.
