Join a leading agricultural machinery service team as an Experienced Agricultural Technician, playing a key role in servicing, maintaining, and repairing advanced farm equipment. What You’ll Do: * Perform scheduled service maintenance and repairs both on-site and at the depot. * Diagnose faults and repair a variety of farm machinery including tractors, combines, sprayers, and balers. * Carry out thorough pre-delivery inspections. * Promote dealership services and build strong customer relationships. * Attend manufacturers’ training courses to stay updated with the latest technology. * Use iPhone apps and laptop diagnostics to complete job reports and track hours. * Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, manufacturers, and suppliers. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in a similar agricultural machinery technician role. * Experience working on agricultural equipment—tractors, combines, sprayers, balers. * Experience with AGCO products is advantageous but not essential. * Strong communication skills and confident IT abilities. What’s On Offer: * Basic salary £35,000 – £45,000, with on-target earnings of £50,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience). * Working hours: 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with overtime available midweek and weekends. * Company van fully equipped with racking, workbench, inverter, compressor, washbasin, and more. * Full PPE, mobile phone, and laptop provided. * 22 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. * Loyalty scheme recognizing length of service. * Employee Assistance Programme and Private Healthcare Plan. * Company pension, team events, and exclusive discounts.
