Join us as an ATA Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator at our busy workshop in Leamington.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialist in our busy site in Leamington.

As a valued member of a professional team, you will be responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles and conducting thorough assessments to determine the full extent of the damage, repair costs, and projected timeframes. A key part of this role involves identifying the correct manufacturer-prescribed repair methods and accurately preparing, recording, and maintaining both electronic and manual estimates.

You will liaise confidently and effectively with insurance companies to obtain repair authorisation based on your assessments, as well as communicate clearly with customers, engineers, and technicians to explain the repair methodology and ensure mutual understanding. A strong working knowledge of Thatcham Repair Methods and BSi safety standards is essential.

In this dynamic role, you will assess a wide variety of vehicles, which requires staying up to date with evolving repair techniques, insurance requirements, and manufacturer guidelines and bulletins.

Teamwork is a vital component of this position-you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in the bodyshop and across other departments to ensure vehicles are repaired safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, enabling customers to get back on the road with confidence.

Ideally you are qualified to NVQ level 3/City & Guilds or ATA / IMI qualified with a solid Bodyshop background. You will also require a full UK driving licence
