Team Leaders Required Urgently Nani Recruitment is currently looking for a Team Leader in Norwich, Norfolk As one of the leading recruitment agencies in the United Kingdom, we also have positions available in Great Yarmouth and King's Lynn. We provide flexible shifts, including long day or night shifts of 12 hours. We aim to accommodate your scheduling needs, and we also offer temporary or part-time employment options. Team Leader Role: * Ensuring that each person's freedom of choice and individuality is respected. * Maintaining thorough care and medical documents. * Providing leadership and guidance to the care team. * Hosting staff inspections and evaluations, and fostering a supportive workplace. * Collaborating with family members and medical experts to ensure residents receive the best possible care. * Upholding safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
