Hours: 09:00–17:30 (moving to 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 shifts as production expands)
About the opportunity
This is an exciting chance to join a fast-growing diagnostics business that’s helping doctors and
patients get answers faster, right when they’re needed most.
As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll play a key role in producing cartridge consumables used in an
innovative point-of-need diagnostics system. You’ll be part of a close-knit, hands-on production team
focused on delivering high-quality products that make a real difference in healthcare.
What you’ll be doing
• Assembling consumables using machinery, presses, and welding equipment
• Carrying out hands-on production tasks to keep output consistent and quality high
• Inspecting builds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Recording production data accurately
• Spotting and reporting issues early while suggesting improvements
• Taking ownership of your work and seeing the impact as products move toward launch
What we’re looking for
• Practical experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Confident using assembly machinery, presses, or welders (training available where needed)
• Comfortable following standard procedures while adapting when things change
• Experience in cleanroom or regulated environments (ISO 13485 / cGMP experience
desirable)
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Proactive and reliable, with a can-do attitude
