Part Time) Customer Service Administrator | Mansfield | £25,000 p.a FTE (£16,666 pro rata) plus discretionary bonus Monday to Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm (possible flex) | Permanent Position A growing and thriving business based in Mansfield is looking for a proactive and versatile Customer Service & Operations Administrator to join their small, close-knit team. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment where no two days are the same! What we\’re looking for: At least 3 years’ experience in an online retail or wholesale environment A strong background in customer service Confident Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis Excellent communication and organisation skills A proactive, self-motivated attitude and keen eye for detail A willingness to get stuck in and support wherever needed The finer elements of the role include: Managing all aspects of customer service, both pre- and post-sale Handling back orders and order-related queries Coordinating showroom appointments and customer visits Supporting fulfilment and delivery processes Providing general administrative support across the business as needed Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
