The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

  • Lead, Support and train the team(s) in the Transformation to Agile and Scrum adoption and also the wider project and business, identify the best solution for efficient project delivery using appropriate agile methodologies, learning & iterating frequently, Coach the team in self-management and cross-functionality

  • Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.

  • Helping the Product Owner find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management with appropriate Stakeholder collaboration and support team(s) to have clear, concise and deliverable Product Backlog items at the right time

  • Play a key role in team culture and spirit, influencing the teams to remain motivated and deliver work in an optimal and efficient way within the complex nature of the project, including Techniques, Processes and Tools, remaining focused on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done;

  • End to end involvement, supporting, facilitating and driving the right process, behaviours and outcomes at each stage of the Product life cycle, interacting with teams both within and outside the Agile Framework and driving optimal collaboration.

  • Relentlessly improving the team(s) and business using empirical methods to define and measure the improvements, including Metrics and Agile reporting’ and lean governance alongside key project stakeholders, Coaching and supporting the team in impediment removal.

  • Experience and extended knowledge in Agile methodology and Scrum, with the ability to facilitate, educate, train, influence and lead individuals and teams, at all levels in the business, towards the effective adoption of Agile in the business that increases the efficiency of the squad and the business deliverable achievement towards the Product Goal and Company vision.

  • Ability to communicate and engage with individuals within the cross functional teams, at all levels in the business, from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and present content in a meaningful, clear and concise way

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills along with stakeholder management; able to build and maintain strong relationships and implement new ways of working

  • Strong Problem solving and Leadership skills actively develops and supports team members and able to create and maintain a safe working environment for the team, for example by helping with conflict resolution. across co-located & virtual teams.   • responds constructively to new ideas and inputs and keep the team motivated

  • Experience of managing projects & backlogs in tools such as Confluence & JIRA.

  • Scrum Master certification is desirable.
