Finance Assistant

We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to help build and maintain a strong financial foundation for our clients business. In this role, you’ll make sure our day-to-day and monthly finances run smoothly, supporting both the company and its subsidiaries. Salary is up to £35k depending on experience working on a Hybrid model, 3 days onsite in North London, Finchley and 2 days at home What you’ll do: Handle daily financial data with accuracy and attention to detail. Support month-end procedures and assist in preparing management accounts. Take part in audits and ensure compliance across all processes. Manage sales and purchase workflows to guarantee accurate revenue and expense tracking. Build strong relationships with suppliers and clients, managing invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and support year-end processes. Assist with financial reporting for clients, including revenue share reports. Support management with finance insights and help integrate new processes and sites. About you: Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy. Comfortable working with numbers and financial systems. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
