We are looking for a HGV class 1 night driver for on-going work (curtain-side depot to depot or depot to hubs). Pallet-hub experience would be advantageous but not essential.
We are offering:
Regular Monday to Fridays.
Starts around 1800.
A simple registration process for HGV drivers.
On-going work with a well know and reputable company.
Minimum 10 hours pay per shift and no break deductions
18.5 per hour PAYE
19.5 per hour PAYE if you hold an ADR licence
Essential requirements:
Valid HGV class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence. Held for a minimum of 1 years.
Some HGV driving experience in the UK.
Valid driver CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
The ability to strap heavy pallets to ensure load safety.
Relevant knowledge of EU driver hour rules and working time legislation.
Over 25 for insurance purposes.
No more than 6 points on your licence. No DR codes and no CU80 codes.
