Associate Bridge Engineer

Are you a Chartered Bridge Engineer ready to lead impactful infrastructure projects and mentor the next generation of engineers I am looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Bridge Engineer (Chartered or near-Chartered) to join a growing team. This is more than just a technical role—you’ll play a key part in shaping bridge design, driving innovation, and delivering solutions that connect communities for generations. What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead and review the design of complex bridge structures • Oversee inspection, assessment, and rehabilitation of existing infrastructure • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale transport projects • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and contribute to business development Chartered status (CEng/MICE or equivalent) Solid experience in bridge design and project delivery Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, DMRB, and relevant industry standards Leadership, collaboration, and communication skills A proactive mindset and commitment to excellence Location: Central London state of the art office. VERY FLEXIBLE HYBRID WORKING ARRANGEMENT (2 days in the office)
