Apex Resources are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner for our clients progressive and fast-growing conveyancing practice based in Chelsea, known for delivering a highly personal service paired with an efficient, modern approach to residential property transactions. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced conveyancer to join our busy office on the King’s Road in Chelsea. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload and delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout each transaction. Key responsibilities include: * Managing new client onboarding in line with internal processes * Handling a mix of freehold and leasehold transactions * Preparing and reviewing contract packs * Raising and responding to enquiries * Title reporting and drafting relevant documentation * Liaising professionally with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other legal professionals Candidate Requirements: * Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer preferred (but not essential) * Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing residential conveyancing matters from start to finish * Commitment to providing exceptional client service * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Confident communication skills, both written and verbal What We Offer: * Increasing annual leave entitlement with length of service * Performance-based bonuses * Staff rewards and recognition initiatives * Employee-focused benefits including mentoring, flexitime, and referral incentives This is a full-time, office-based role offering the chance to work as part of a friendly and forward-thinking team.
