OTE £34,270 | £25,480 basic + uncapped commission
Location: Belfast (BT1 – office-based)
Looking for a role where conversations matter, targets are achievable, and effort is actually rewarded?
This is an inbound customer service and sales role for people who enjoy helping customers and spotting opportunities while they’re doing it. You’ll be speaking to existing customers, dealing with renewals, upgrades and day-to-day queries — no cold calling, no guesswork.
You’ll be based on-site in a busy Belfast city-centre office, working as part of a supportive, target-driven team with clear structure and progression.
