Key Responsibilities:

  4. Property Viewings:
    Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.

  5. Negotiation:
    Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
    Ensure all parties reach mutually satisfactory agreements.
  6. Documentation and Compliance:
    Assist clients with property-related paperwork, including agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.
    Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies.
  7. Sales Targets:
    Achieve individual and team sales targets.
    Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.
  8. Collaboration:
