Participants on our Graduate Programme will develop their strategic thinking, problem solving, project management, leadership and relationship building skills whilst undertaking placements within their chosen profession. Day to day, depending on your chosen profession you could be acquiring or disposing of land, providing investment for infrastructure or working collaboratively with our partner organisations. From day one, you will have ownership and responsibility for your own projects / work.
You will be supported by your placement manager; have a buddy and you will be empowered to take ownership of your own learning and development including having access to a coach or mentor. Towards the end of the programme, we will support you to obtain a role aligned to your career aspirations and organisational needs., The Operational Delivery profession interacts directly with the public, or support others who do.

The profession spans a breadth of cross agency roles and includes all of our Senior and Executive Leadership Teams.
Operational Delivery is the largest profession across Civil Service, and one of the largest within Homes England too, including specialists that cover customer relations, help and advice, operational design and support, business management, executive assistants and more.
The operational delivery programme will provide an opportunity to work with the Homes England teams driving the delivery of our critical frontline services. Placements in four teams will help build knowledge and understanding of internal and external customer service provision. With a strong people focus, a positive attitude, adaptability, resilience and the ability to influence stakeholders will be essential in this role.
