What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver and manage high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in Maths within the Teaching & Learning sector.
- Plan a program of study for Mathematics that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of all students.
- Support students\’ academic and personal growth, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that connect classroom learning to real-world applications.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and address the needs of all students.
- Support student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression, providing guidance and tailored support.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified teachers with current knowledge and experience in teaching Mathematics.
- GCSEs at Grade C / Level 4 or above in English and Maths, or an equivalent qualification.
- Level 3 qualification or above in Mathematics related discipline.
- Effective classroom management skills, excellent time management, and strong communication abilities.
- Skilled in preparing teaching materials using Information Learning Technology.
- Experience teaching GCSE Mathematics in school or FE settings and delivering exam-based qualifications (experience with Functional Skills is desirable).
