Position: Multi-Trade Operative

Location: On-going long-term work in and around Staffordshire

Hours: Mon – Fri, 08:00 – 16:30

Pay: £20 – £25 per hour DOE & Trades

We are seeking skilled and reliable Multi-Trades Professionals to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple trades and be capable of carrying out a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks on residential and/or commercial properties.

• Perform general repairs and maintenance work across various trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, tiling, basic electrics)
• Conduct routine inspections and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and within deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Skills & Experience Required:

• Own vehicle & tools
• Valid CSCS Card is essential
• Proven experience in a multi-trade role, ideally with certifications or qualifications in one or more core trades
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• Full UK driving licence (if required for the role)
• Previous experience in social housing, property maintenance, or facilities management
