Horticultural Support AssistantOur prestigious Norwich based client, (part of a cluster of internationally renowned research organisations), are currently recruiting for multiple Horticultural Support Assistants to join their team.This is a full time position working 37 hours per week on a temporary basis for approximately 8 weeks located in Norwich.Hours: Mon to Thurs – 8am – 4pm & Fri – 8am – 3:30pmKey knowledge, skills & Experience:
- GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent
- Experience of working with plants
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Experience of working in a research environment
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Attention to detail
- Promotes equality and values diversity
Key Duties:
- Operational support – plant waste management and cleaning
- As agreed with Line manager, any other plant care duties commensurate with the nature of the role
