They are now seeking a further Private Client Paralegal or Trainee Legal Executive with at least 1 years relevant experience in probate to join their team.
About the Role
You will be joining a highly regarded private client team in Kent, renowned for handling high-quality matters. In this role, you will support the team across a broad range of private client work, with a particular focus on probate. Your responsibilities will include managing estate administration from start to finish, drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, beneficiaries, HMRC, and financial institutions, as well as conducting legal research.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of working as a Paralegal or Legal Executive and a competent knowledge of the processes and procedures associated with the law pertaining to estates, Tax and succession planning.
