My client is looking to recruit two real estate finance paralegals to join their highly ranked team you must be a law graduate, and ideally have completed, or are due to start the LPC or SQE. The role has become available as 2 paralegals in the team are moving on to training contracts. The team is known for nurturing talent, with excellent opportunities for career development.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents related to real estate finance.
- Conducting thorough research on real estate assets, including reviewing titles, leases, and property reports.
- Preparing and submitting necessary documentation to Land Registry and Companies House and overseeing registrations.
- Managing post-completion tasks such as consents, registrations, and finalisation of documents.
- Conducting legal research on relevant real estate and finance laws and regulations.
- Communicating with clients to provide timely updates, and obtaining information where needed
- General administrative support, including system updates, Land Registry/SDLT processing, billing, and time recording.
About You
- This role is ideal for a motivated law graduate with a keen interest in property law. If youre proactive, detail-focused, and excited to grow in a fast-paced legal team, Id love to hear from you.
- You will have some experience working within a legal team, preferably property but open to other areas of law.
- You will have strong academics and be willing to learn and develop.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
