About the Role:
We are seeking a Level 6 qualified Careers Adviser to work on-site in schools and colleges across the Tees Valley and Darlington area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working closely with students, staff, and parents to deliver tailored, high-quality careers advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 1:1 and group careers guidance sessions.
• Support Careers Leaders in achieving the Gatsby Benchmarks.
• Maintain and update CEIAG Google Classrooms with current Labour Market Information (LMI).
• Organise employer talks and careers-related events.
• Work with students from all backgrounds, including those with SEND or from disadvantaged groups.
• Promote equal opportunities, safeguarding, and inclusivity throughout your practice.

• Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of training, employment, and education pathways.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
