Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.

Prepare and assist with meal feeding as required.

Support clients with mobility and transfers, using manual handling equipment when necessary.

Observe and report changes in clients’ health and well-being to the care manager or healthcare professionals.
