NRL have an exicting and rare opportunity for a Paralegal Executive Assistant to join our clients head office Legal team in Farnborough, in a staff role. Our client are a global innovation leader in the waste infrastructure space,and believe in creating a sustainable future through technology and innovation.
Location: Farnborough
Duration: Perm/Staff Role
Hybrid: Split between office in Farnborough & home(negotiable on days)
Main responsibilities
- Support the corporate legal team with entity management, board meetings, and corporate governance matters, maintaining corporate records, minute books, and statutory registers.
- Assist in preparing board materials, resolutions, and corporate filings, coordinatingwith external counsel on various corporate and commercial matters.
- Support the legal team in due diligence processes for corporate transactions and assist with regulatory filings and compliance matters.
- Maintain legal department documentation, including policies and procedures and provide administrative support for the legal department.
- Support our legal entities in various jurisdictions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree required; paralegal certificate or legal studies degree preferred
- 3-5 years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in an international environment
- Strong understanding of corporate law and governance practices
- Experience with entity management systems
- Knowledge of corporate filing requirements and procedures
Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Fluent in English. Other European languages astrong plus.
