As part of ongoing growth, they are expanding into long-term leasing, including business contract hire and salary sacrifice schemes. To support this development, they are looking for a motivated Pricing Administrator to join the team and help manage pricing data to ensure our leasing offers remain competitive and accurate.
Main Purpose of Role
The Pricing Administrator will be responsible for updating and maintaining pricing data in the Key2 system, with a focus on vehicle costs, residual values, maintenance budgets, and discounts. This role is suited to someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in the vehicle leasing industry.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Data Entry: Accurately input and update pricing data in the Key2 system, including vehicle costs, residual values, maintenance budgets, and discount structures.
System Maintenance: Ensure pricing data is current, based on information from suppliers, finance, or management.
Data Verification: Validate entries to ensure accuracy, flagging discrepancies for review.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing lease quotations and customer rate books.
Purchasing Support: Help with entering client discounts and progressing vehicle orders.
Market Monitoring: Collect and summarise market data, such as competitor pricing and vehicle trends, to support pricing decisions.
Reporting: Generate system reports on pricing updates and performance as required.
Team Collaboration: Work with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure pricing aligns with business and customer needs.
Compliance: Follow internal guidelines to ensure all data complies with company policy and partner requirements.
