As the Marketing Specialist you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising content to promote the brands and generate engagement. You will focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms like social media, blogs, emails, and websites. You will also work closely with a team of two to ensure cohesive, creative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Managers in selling the product portfolio to agreed customers in the UK/Ireland to meet sales and profitability targets as set by the strategic plan.
- Deliver content in line with the Group Marketing Strategy, ensuring that the business markets its products in a consistent, accurate, professional, and timely manner with customers.
- Keep the Marketing Strategy and budget under review and update the Strategy Action Plan on an annual basis.
- Develop and maintain an Annual Marketing Calendar to structure key marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct appropriate market research, including competitor analysis, demographic and economic reviews, and examination of trends.
- Responsible for the successful creation of marketing content, including customer presentations and external/internal marketing communication.
- Act as ‘brand guardian’ and maintain/order any brand assets.
- Assist with creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference to success according to trends and customer requirements.
