What you’ll be doing
As a Seasonal Hospitality & Catering Assistant, your duties will be varied in our busy education centre. You should be willing to help wherever needed.
Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving breakfasts, lunches, and dinners
- Setting up tables and preparing the dining area
- Serving food with a smile
- Making sandwiches and packing lunches for guests
- Receiving and storing deliveries properly
- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, pantry, and dining areas
Every day is different, but you’ll be part of a supportive team, doing meaningful work, and creating a warm environment for our guests.

Location
Our Dale Fort centre is located high on the cliffs within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, offering superb sea views.
Built in 1856 to defend Milford Haven, it has been a field centre since 1948, with classrooms, a wet lab, library, games room, sitting room, and bar.
