We are actively recruiting for a Team Manager to join our client, based in Redditch, who are a leading supplier of premium seafood to major retailers throughout the UK and Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business with huge aspirations.
- Responsible for the day-to-day activities including planning and problem solving providing guidance to team members.
- Set targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the employees may have.
- Implementation of team goals ensuring all members understand team objectives and working together to achieve those goals.
- Drive KPI\’s
- Foster a cohesive, creative, and comfortable working environment mediating any interpersonal issues within the team.
- Provide leadership and direction where necessary
- Awareness of team strategies, using technology, workplace diversity, management styles, mediation, macro and micro-management.
- Supervise, train and guide team members.
- Use of UKG time management system to authorize weekly timesheets for all direct reports and time off requests.
- This role has a responsibility for food safety, product quality, brand integrity and Health and Safety.
