The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Axis has experienced continual growth since its establishment in 1986, we’re not aiming to be the biggest service provider, however we intend to be the best. We work with some of the UK’s largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.

The Role
Working on Anchor Electrical DirectContract.
Responsibilities
- Undertake routine maintenance and servicing to electrical systems and appliances to required standards
- Trace, locate and rectify faults and ensure systems and appliances are left in a safe and serviceable condition
- Report all faulty appliances / installations that do not comply with current regulations
- Replace electrical sockets and fittings
- Rewire domestic properties both occupied and void
Requirements:
- Electrical test engineer with 2391, 18th edition Minimum
- Level 3 NVQ
- Experience in EICR Testing in social and Private Housing
