EZOO is an electric car Salary Sacrifice, Subscription, and Lease provider, on a mission to create a faster, smarter, more innovative way of accessing an electric car. Since our launch in January 2018, we have experienced high growth as a tech scale-up, with 200% organic growth in the last two years. We offer a fully digital experience where customers can choose their car, select their term, and have it delivered to their door. Based in Coventry, we serve customers nationwide.
This role is designed for someone looking to start a career in business administration and customer service, with ample support and training. As a key individual, you will be responsible for all sales outreach and administrative support to generate leads for new customers. Additionally, we are expanding our offering to existing customers to provide opportunities for savings via Salary Sacrifice.
Main Responsibilities
- Generating outbound leads using tools such as Growth X, LinkedIn, and other online channels
- Responding to initial inbound queries
- Supporting the sales team with customer process flows
- Collaborating with your Line Manager and the wider team to ensure efficient onboarding, order processing, and continuous service improvement
- Managing and maintaining our CRM system (Zoho) for data entry, lead management, and data quality
- Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, attending customer meetings, and preparing reports
- Working with other teams to ensure a smooth user experience
- Customer retention and growth initiatives
Training Provided
- Business Administration Level 3
- Weekly day release at CWCT, Radford, Coventry (Tuesdays or Fridays, 9:30am-4:30pm)
The role requires flexible working hours, typically 8:15 am – 5:15 pm, with some Saturdays off in lieu.
