Warehouse & Production Operative
Location: Fareham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Handling and moving bulk products safely and efficiently
  • Picking and packing orders accurately using our scan-to-pick system
  • Loading and unloading deliveries (up to pallets per day)
  • Moving pallets in and out of storage
  • Supporting general warehouse and production tasks
  • Using a Counterbalance or Flexi Forklift (as needed – this isn\’t a sit-down all-day role)

Requirements

  • A valid Counterbalance or Flexi Forklift License
  • Previous experience in a busy warehouse or production setting
  • Someone who\’s physically fit and enjoys an active job
  • A great eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions
