Warehouse & Production Operative
Location: Fareham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Handling and moving bulk products safely and efficiently
- Picking and packing orders accurately using our scan-to-pick system
- Loading and unloading deliveries (up to pallets per day)
- Moving pallets in and out of storage
- Supporting general warehouse and production tasks
- Using a Counterbalance or Flexi Forklift (as needed – this isn\’t a sit-down all-day role)

- Previous experience in a busy warehouse or production setting
