This unique program is built to set you up for success, as our expert sales trainers will equip you with Tesla knowledge combined with in-store sales experience.
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping customers on their journey to owning a Tesla vehicle. You will be a product expert passionate about Tesla\’s mission, capable of communicating the benefits of Tesla ownership to potential customers. You will work with customers to understand their needs, educate them about Tesla vehicles, and guide them through the sales process to ensure informed decisions.
You have relentless determination to succeed and are driven by Tesla\’s mission to accelerate the world\’s transition to sustainable energy. You will be part of a larger sales and delivery team, working closely and flexibly on all tasks. Cooperation and a one-team mentality are essential to achieving sales and delivery targets.
