The Meadowbrook School of Weston, a pre-kindergarten through 8th grade school located seven miles west of Boston, seeks a middle school math educator to join its faculty for the 2025-2026 school year. Meadowbrook is a mission-driven school and we invite candidates to familiarize themselves withour mission before applying for the position.

We seek a candidate who believes the middle school years are essential and who wholeheartedly desires to teach, advise, and learn from middle school students. Teachers with coaching experience are encouraged to apply.
Meadowbrook’s math curriculum is an advanced and fast-paced program, including pre-algebra, algebra, and geometry, with students in four performance-based groups per grade level. We are seeking a confident, team-oriented, adaptable and thoughtful educator who will join us in full stride as we continue in our efforts to educate the whole student in this nurturing and rigorous school environment.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field is required; a master\’s degree is preferred
- Previous teaching experience and ability to design effective math curricula
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom
- Adept at SEL methods to help students thrive; previous experience with Responsive Classroom and/or RULER highly preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with classroom uses of technology is a plus
Annualized salary for faculty is determined according to a step scale commensurate with experience. Meadowbrook offers competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance plans, a school-matched retirement plan and paid time off.
