Overview
Join Gallagher as a Senior Compensation Analyst and play a key role in managing compensation activities within the UK and EMEA broking division.
This role requires a strategic problem solver who can navigate complex compensation structures and provide insightful analysis to drive decision-making. You will be responsible for ensuring that our compensation programmes are competitive, compliant, and aligned with Gallagher\’s business objectives.
Your input is essential in crafting compensation strategies for top talent retention and motivation. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Risk, Legal, and business leaders for seamless integration.

How you\’ll make an impact
- Support the Compensation Director in the execution of compensation activities.
- Analyse compensation data and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement compensation programs that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Risk, Legal, and business leadership teams to ensure compensation practices are competitive and compliant.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to determine competitive positioning.
- Participate in global projects and initiatives, contributing to our global compensation strategy.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support compensation decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
About you
- Proven experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a global organisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and advanced excel skills.
- Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with compensation software and tools.
- Knowledge of UK and EMEA compensation regulations and practices.
- Right to work in the UK.
