- Salary: £24,098 per annum
- Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, term time plus 5 PD days, Monday to Thursday, 8.15 am to 4.15 pm, Friday 8.15 am to 3.45 pm (including unpaid lunch break)

Claydon Campus is looking for a proactive and friendly SEND Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team and support the day-to-day administration of SEND provision across both our primary and secondary schools.
This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, is comfortable using digital systems, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will work closely with the SENDCos of both schools and the wider team to help ensure our learners receive the support they need to thrive.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting SENDCos with paperwork, evidence gathering, and meetings (including Annual Reviews, EHCNAs, and Access Arrangements)
- Coordinating and preparing for review and transition meetings across the campus
- Maintaining accurate SEND records and impact logs using Arbor and other systems
- Managing the SEND inbox and liaising with families and external agencies
- Assisting with TA/LSA timetables, intervention tracking, and CPD support
- Helping to ensure all students receive the right support throughout their educational journey
