Casual Supporter Services Specialist – Anfield, Liverpool Job Introduction Join our Casual Supporter Services team at Liverpool FC and help deliver outstanding service to our global fanbase. We are looking for individuals who who enjoy interacting with people and providing top-tier customer service. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre on the Wednesday 27th August 2025 , which may last up to 3 hours. What will you be doing? Handle inbound and outbound supporter contacts via phone, email, web chat, and face-to-face. Resolve queries and complaints efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Provide clear, accurate information and promote relevant club services. Complete administrative tasks and accurately log customer interactions. Follow club procedures, especially around data security and payment handling. Work collaboratively with your team and represent the Liverpool FC brand with professionalism. Who are we looking for? Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a call centre or office environment. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Confident handling people from all backgrounds with empathy and professionalism. Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage conflict effectively. Flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly. Why should you apply?
