The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional breakfast experiences? Do you have a passion for Hospitality? We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Breakfast Manager to lead our breakfast service team and ensure our guests start their day on a perfect note.

Join our dynamic team by working in our hotels part of the University of Edinburgh. We are renowned for our warm hospitality and culinary excellence. This post is an excellent opportunity for both personal and professional development, take on additional responsibilities and support us to enhance our reputation under the University of Edinburgh hospitality and events collection brand which is expected to grow over the next years.

In this role you will:

  • Continuously look to improve our standards and deliver world class hospitality.
  • Become an integral part of our existing food & Beverage team with a desire to succeed in delivering our values.
  • Use your upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities.

To succeed in this busy role, you will need strong multi- tasking skills, excellent commercial awareness, and a real eye for detail. You will have experience in busy front – facing customer service environment, a hospitality background and deal with customers in a professional manner.
