Sheridan Maine is partnering with an innovative, growing business to recruit an Assistant Accountant to join their friendly and collaborative finance team.

What you\’ll be doing:
- Supporting financial analysis and data processing as part of the month-end and reporting cycles
- Assisting with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Preparing clear reports to provide visibility on revenue, orders, and margins
- Raising sales invoices and supporting timely payment collection
- Reconciling costs and ensuring accurate financial records
- Helping with ad hoc projects and wider finance tasks as needed
What we\’re looking for:
- Ideally studying towards AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA (or qualified by experience)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and spot trends
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to meet deadlines
- Confident Excel user with a good grasp of financial systems
