Manchester City Football Club is looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our Stadium Tours team. In this varied role, you’ll handle tour bookings, respond to fan enquiries, and provide outstanding service both online and in person. Ideal candidates will have experience in a public-facing environment, strong communication skills, and a passion for football. Your Impact
1. To take tours bookings with payments over the phone, via email and face to face using the Unify bookings system.

What we are looking for
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service across a range of channels, including face-to-face, online, and by phone.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-focused environment, with a commitment to providing a positive experience for all.
- Proficiency in using booking and point-of-sale (till) systems.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy is required, typically demonstrated by GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or equivalent qualifications.
- Good knowledge of the Premier League and Manchester City
- Ability to communicate in a second language, supporting engagement with a diverse range of visitors.
- A recognised qualification in customer service or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a visitor attraction, heritage site, museum, or similar public-facing environment.
- Experience in ticketing operations, including the use of specialist ticket sales systems or platforms.
