We are seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor to work from home for a leading UK telecommunications company. This role involves handling inbound customer calls, focusing on contract retentions, upselling additional products and services, and engaging with new customers.
Key Details:
- Starting salary of £25,480 with uncapped bonus potential
- Remote work arrangement
- Rotational shifts, 40 hours per week, between Monday to Sunday, with varied hours
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls from customers nearing the end of their contracts
- Assist with customer retention and sales of additional products
- Support new customer onboarding
