Teamforce Labour are seeking 3 experienced Electricians to undertake remedial and compliance works on a high-risk, high-specification LNG facility at National Grid IOG, Rochester, ME20.
This role involves a wide range of compliance-driven tasks including ATEX conformity, remedial upgrades, and detailed inspection and testing activities in line with current regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute electrical remedials and corrective installations
- Conduct earth bonding, cable segregation, and containment adjustments
- Perform termination corrections, ID updates, and labelling
- Ensure compliance with BS7671, BS EN 60079-14, DSEAR, and ATEX/IP-rated systems
- Populate Inspection and Test records
- Assist in maintaining safety-critical standards within a Permit to Work system
Essential Requirements:
- JIB Gold Card (NVQ Level 3 & AM2 qualified)
- 18th Edition (BS7671:2018)
- COMPEX EX01–EX04
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and hazardous area compliance
- Inspection & Testing (2391) – preferred
- Permit-to-Work system awareness
