Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr

Our client is a well-established, family-owned civil construction firm with over 35 years of success across Southeastern Massachusetts. Known for its high standards, professional workforce, and broad self-perform capabilities, the company is a trusted leader in heavy civil and utility construction, site work, airport infrastructure, and asphalt manufacturing. With an in-house mechanic shop and two asphalt plants, they manage both union and non-union projects throughout the South Shore, Cape Cod, Martha\’s Vineyard, and Nantucket.

Description
- Daily layout and surveying
- Reviewing and interpreting AutoCAD plans
- Coordination of self-perform crews and subcontractors
- Tracking and communicating field progress
- Supporting daily logistics and planning on-site
- Projects may rotate – e.g., 3-month Provincetown job, then Vineyard, etc.
Profile
- Bachelor\’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (or equivalent field experience)
- 0-6 years of relevant construction experience, ideally in heavy civil, DOT, site work, or airport projects
- Familiarity with public infrastructure and self-perform construction environments
- Comfortable working in a tight-knit team that values flexibility, accountability, and hands-on support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience preferred
- Procore or other project management software knowledge is a bonus
- Must be based in Southeastern MA, ideally within commuting distance to Falmouth
Job Offer
