Title: Flat Entrance Door Carpenter (Fire Team)
Contract Type: 12 months Fixed Term Contracts, Full time, 40 hours per week
Salary: Β£39,706.50 per annum β You will be provided with a van for business use only.

Working Pattern: 8am β 5pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
- Carpenter Fire Team: We are looking for experienced Carpenters to join the Fire team within Property Services.
- Covering All regions of London and outskirts.
- To comply with the fire safety regulations 2022, it is a legal requirement to carry out annual inspections on all fire doors from 23 January 2023 on multi-occupied residential buildings over 11 meters height.
- You will need a good knowledge of fire door maintenance.
- The fire door maintenance operative will evaluate fire doors for correct installation, maintenance and repair.
- Inspections will involve carrying out minor repairs and frame manipulation where necessary and clearly documenting your findings using a PDA.
- You will report to the Fire safety supervisor and carry out works as instructed.
